By downloading, installing, or using Somnia you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Somnia. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Somnia for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Somnia offers free and premium tiers. Somnia Pro annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings: Google Play Store → Account → Payments & subscriptions, or App Store (iOS) → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Somnia is a wellness application. Somnic AI is an AI-powered sleep coach, not a licensed medical professional, therapist, or doctor. Nothing in Somnia constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use Somnia as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for health-related decisions.
Somnia may request access to device capabilities including motion sensors, notifications, and optionally microphone, to provide sleep tracking and alarm features. You may grant or deny these permissions at any time through your device Settings. Denying optional permissions will limit certain features but will not prevent the core app from functioning. Sensor data is processed on-device and is not used for any purpose beyond the sleep features described in this app.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access systems you are not authorised to access, submit false information, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
All content, trademarks, and technology within Somnia are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to our intellectual property.
Somnia is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that the app will be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Somnia. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate by deleting the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
